‘If you hit the gym at lunchtime, you’ll often find people hogging the squat rack and heavy dumbbells,’ says Fletcher. ‘But medicine balls are normally in plentiful supply because people don’t appreciate how versatile they are. Grab one at the heavier end of the scale and start working. Keep the intensity high and the form right and you’ll get a good cardio boost from this routine too,’ says Fletcher.
